Once your order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided through the contact details entered during checkout.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, courier issues, high order volumes, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and phone number. Nuvoora is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Failed/Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned because the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable for repeated delivery attempts, or provides incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
